An unannounced inspection was completed in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 08/11/2023 regarding ratio and behavioral guidance. Classroom observations and interviews were completed 08/18/2023. The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegations of non-compliance with standards or law. The complaint is determined to be not valid.
