An unannounced inspection was initiated on 8/26/2024 and completed on 8/26/2024 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 8/7/2024 relating to allegations of not preventing the spread of disease . The inspector reviewed 8 children?s records and 8 staff records on site on 8/26/2024. This inspection included document review and observations.

The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
