A subsidy health and safety inspection was initiated on 01/18/2023 and concluded on 01/18/2023. There were 2 children present with one staff. The Inspector reviewed/updated three child?s records and one provider and one household member records. The physical plant was observed and the provider was interviewed regarding policies and procedures.
