Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on April 15, 2024 between the hours of approximately 12:00pm and 1:15pm. There were 14 children present with 3 staff within supervision guidelines. The children were observed napping. A complete inspection of physical plant, emergency drill log, menu, and attendance was completed. 3 staff and 4 children's records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
