Inspector Notes
A Subsidy Health and Safety initial inspection was conducted on April 15, 2024 between the hours of approximately 12:00pm and 1:15pm. to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 14 children present with 3 staff within supervision guidelines. The children were observed napping. A complete inspection of physical plant, emergency drill log, menu, and attendance was completed. 3 staff and 4 children's records were reviewed. There were 0 medications on site at this time. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements. Thank you for your cooperation today.
