During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. Inspector Notes
A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted in conjunction with the licensing inspection. Subsidy standards that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this SHSI. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Violations
2Staff #4's CPR training did not include an in-person competency demonstration. Staff #4 was observed working directly with children and has been employed for nine months.
At the time of inspection, Staff #1, #2, and #3's annual health and safety update courses were seven weeks overdue. Staff #1, #2 and #3 work directly with children.
