Inspector Notes
A SHSI inspection was initiated on 8/12/21 and concluded on 8/26/21. The physical plant was inspected by the inspector in person, a virtual records review and inspection followed. There were 290 children present, ranging in ages 1 month to 11 years, with 50 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 child records and 5 staff records were reviewed. Subsidy standards were reviewed at the same inspection. No violations were cited at the time of the inspection.
