Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 3/25/22. The center had 180 children present and 43 classroom staff. Observed lunch, nap time and music time for two classes. Older and younger infant play time and feeding. Lots of interaction between staff and children in all the rooms.
A violation notice was presented to the center along with this inspection summary.

Based on the review of the inspection report from the local fire marshal , the center failed to get an annual fire inspection done.
Evidence: The last fire inspection was conducted on 2/10 2021.

Plan of Correction: We called the fire marshals office while the inspection was conducted and discovered we had forgotten to send in the request for the annual fire inspection. We will send it in today and send a copy of the inspection to the Licensing inspector.
