Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 7/19/2023 from 9:30 am-11:45 am. There were 196 children supervised by 35 direct care staff. The physical plant, 5 staff records, 15 children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in group play, tabletop activities, reading books, and napping. Diapering and hand-washing procedures were also observed. There was an adequate number of staff with current certification in MAT, CPR and First Aid, as well as DHO training. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
