Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 2/27/2024 from 10:02 am to 11:20 am. There were 160 children supervised by 29 direct care staff. The physical plant, 12 children?s records, 5 staff records, medications, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in storytime, playing outside, tabletop and floor activities, and reading. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
