A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was conducted on 4/28/22 from 10:30am until 1:05pm. At the time of entrance, there were 9 children present with 1 staff. During the inspection, 2 additional children and 2 additional staff arrived at the center. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
