Inspector Notes
A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 08/21/2023. There were 4 children in care, ages 7 months ? 3 years, totaling 17 points, 1 caregiver and 2 family member children present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel, environment and equipment, preventing the spread of disease, emergencies and nutrition. A total of 4 children?s records, 2 caregiver?s records, 2 household member?s records and 1 pet record were reviewed. The children were observed during naptime. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 11:15am and departed at 12:29pm.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements not cover in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
