Inspector Notes
A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 2/22/2024. There were 6 children in care, ages 8 months ? 4 years, totaling 16 points, 2 caregivers and 1 household member present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel, environment and equipment, preventing the spread of disease, emergencies and nutrition. A total of 3 children?s records, 2 caregiver records and 2 household members records were reviewed. The children were observed during naptime. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 11:50am and departed at 1:00pm.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements not cover in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
