Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from 11:40am-1:05pm. There were 11 children directly supervised by 3 staff. The home, 3 staff records, 5 children?s records, 4 household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Medications and authorization forms were reviewed. Children were observed playing freely and transitioning to naptime. There was an adequate supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. The home was clean and organized. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
