An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 3/13/2025, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 11:50am and ended at 12:40pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 12 children present and 3 caregivers; the point total was 31. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records, 3 caregiver's records and 2 household member's records on-site. This inspection included: document review, tour of the child care area, interviews, and observations.
