Inspector Notes

This renewal inspection was initiated by licensing staff and concluded on 11/16/2022, between the hours of 10 am to 11:30 am. There were 2 infant children present (8 points), with 1 caregiver supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration; physical plant; staffing and supervision; programming; special care and emergencies; and nutrition. A total of 3 children records, 1 staff file, and 3 household records were reviewed.

Information gathered during the inspection determined that there was (1) non-compliance with an applicable standard. This violation was documented on the Violation Notice issued to the home.

Evidence -
1. On the date of inspection (11/16/2022), the following information was not available for review for Child #3 - The action to be taken for the listed allergy, the policy number for the listed medical insurance policy, and a written authorization for emergency medical care.
2. The start date for Child #3 was listed as 08/15/22. Child #3 was in attendance on the date of inspection.
