Inspector Notes

An in-person mandated monitoring inspection was conducted on May 22, 2023 from 1:20pm-2:10pm. There were 38 children in care with 6 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. The majority of children in care were asleep. Those not sleeping were laying quietly on their mats while quiet music played. While children slept, teachers were organizing the classroom and tidying up toys. The center's walls are decorated with the children's art and other projects. A total of 5 child records and 5 staff records were reviewed.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
