During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on 7/21/2025 and completed on 7/21/2025, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 9:20am and ended at 10:21am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were eleven children present and three caregivers; the point total was thirty-two. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and four caregiver/household member(s) records on-site. This inspection included document review and a tour of the facility.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Children's records are required to contain parents' signed acknowledgement of the receipt of the required written information for parents.

The record for Child #2, enrolled for 42 days, was missing the parent's signature acknowledging receipt of the required information for parents.
Plan of Correction: We will get the missing signature on the documentation from the parents.

REPEAT VIOLATION:
Bottles must be refrigerated and labeled with the child's full name and the date.

Child #2 had three milk bottles stored in a bag on the kitchen counter top. It had been one hour since Child #2 arrived to the family day home.
Plan of Correction: Moved the bottles to the fridge. We will make sure to immediately refrigerate all milk bottles when children arrive to the Family Day Home.
