An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was completed on 01/24/2025, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 12:15 pm and ended at 1:00 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 8 children present and 2 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 2 staff records. This inspection included a document review, tour of facility, interviews, observations and measurements.
