This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews.
A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was initiated on 9/27/2021 and concluded on 9/29/2021. There were 0 children present. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date.
