A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was completed on 9/25/24. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.

All caregivers shall have current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) appropriate to the ages of children in care. The training shall include an in-person competency demonstration.
Caregivers # 1 & 2 have a CPR certificate that was obtained on-line and did not include an in-person component.
