Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated and completed on 10/9/25. The on-site inspection began at 9:45 am and ended at 10:35 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 0 children present and one caregiver. The inspector reviewed four children?s records and two caregiver records on-site.

The emergency evacuation procedures shall be practiced monthly with all caregivers and children in care during all shifts that children are in care.
An emergency evacuation drill was not practiced in August, 2025.
Plan of Correction: Provider will ensure that fire drills are practiced monthly.
