Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews (if applicable) and a virtual tour of the program. A complaint inspection was initiated on 6/22/21 and concluded on 8/31/21 related to supervision of the children in care. The director was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were 15 children present and 4 staff. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
