Based on record review and interview, it was determined that the provider did not ensure that within the first 90 days of employment or service all caregivers shall complete Virginia Preservice Training for Child Care Staff sponsored by the Department of Education.
Evidence:
1. Staff #2 does not have the Virginia Preservice Training completed and has been working with the children in care for over 90 days.
2. Staff #1 confirmed that Staff #2 has not completed the Virginia Preservice Training.
