Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on March 11, 2025. The on-site inspection began at 11:00am and ended at 12:15pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 5 children present and 2 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 2 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

REPEAT VIOLATION
The emergency evacuation procedures shall be practiced monthly with all
caregivers and children in care during all shifts that children are in care. There was no documentation of emergency evacuation drills practiced this year of 2025.
Plan of Correction: The provider responded with the following: The provider will ensure that moving forward she will conduct emergency evacuation drills monthly.
