Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.

A renewal inspection was initiated and concluded on 07/28/2021. The director was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 46 children present, ranging in ages from five to twelve years, with five staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of three child records and four staff records were reviewed.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.

Based on review of documentation and interview with administration it was determined that the facility did not obtain a fire inspection report annually. Evidence: The most recent fire inspection on file was dated 06/12/2019.
