Inspector Notes
An unannounced Monitoring inspection was conducted today. A total of 9 children (29 points) with 3 staff present. The 3 children were on the main level of the home and were napping. The remaining children had just transitioned from playing outside and were being served morning snack which consisted of gold fish. Sticker book activities were provided after snack and then the children played with balls and other toys. Walk thru of the home was conducted. The home was found neat and maintained. No medication needs at this time and no food allergies identified. The toys and equipment onsite were determined age and stage appropriate for the children currently in care. A total of 3 children's records were reviewed. No new staff or household members since the last inspection. All background checks remain current. Preparation for lunch was underway. Lunch today was lamb, rice and vegetables. This inspection began at approximately 10:20am and ended at 12pm. Thank you for your cooperation today.
