Inspector Notes
An Initial inspection was conducted today due to a re-location. There were no children present during the inspection. A walk thru of all 3 levels of the home, front yard, back yard and observation of the garage was made. The primary programming space is located on the lower level which is equipped with a bathroom, food preparation area and additional rooms to be used for napping. Three new cribs on site that were inspected and in compliance with the consumer product safety commission. Water temperature taken and determined in compliance. Programming equipment, toys and supplies were onsite and determined age and stage appropriate for the requested age range. The home provides adequate space for the licensed capacity requested. The family day home has a wood burning fireplace which was not inspected to verify that the device is properly maintained and cleaned.
