Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today between the hours of approximately 9:50 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. There were 4 children present, between the ages of 1 year and 4 years, with the Provider for a total of 10 points within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed engaging in free play and playing with puzzles, magnets, dolls. Positive interactions were observed during this inspection. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and staff records, fire drill log, menu, attendance and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. 1Evidence: Laundry detergent was located on the floor of a closet accessible to children. The closet had child locks on the door knobs that did not work.
