Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on August 14, 2023 between the hours of approximately 10:45 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. There was 1 child present with the Provider for a total of 3 points within the supervision guidelines. The child was observed playing with puzzles and engaging in free play. Positive interactions were observed during this inspection. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and caregiver records, fire drill log, menu, attendance and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. No violations were issued.
