A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted on August 22, 2024 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The on-site inspection began at 9:20 a.m. and ended at 10:25 a.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 2 children present and 1 caregiver; the point total was 4. The inspector reviewed 1 caregiver record and 2 household member records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility and observations. There were 0 medications on site at this time. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements.
