Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated and completed on 98/20/2024. The on-site inspection began at 11:10am and ended at 12:15pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 12 children present and 3 caregivers; the point total was 33. The inspector reviewed 6 children?s records and 3 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review (i.e. Injury logs, policies and procedures, emergency drill logs, authorization forms), tour of the family day home, interviews and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
