Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on February 122024, from 10:05am-11:00am. At the time of entrance, ( 4 ) children (10 ) points were in care with ( 1 ) caregiver present. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 2 caregiver/household member records. Children were observed building, caregiver changing a diaper and handwashing. No medications were on site. Areas of non-compliance are identified on the violation notice.
