An unannounced on-site monitoring inspection was conducted on 01/22/2024. There were 4 children, ages 2 years-3 years, and the provider at a total 6 points. The inspector observed the following: nap time. A total of 2 children?s records and 1staff record and a household member records, were reviewed. The inspector arrived at 12:30 PM and departed at 1:50 PM.
