Inspector Notes
A renewal inspection was conducted today between 9:00am and 10:45am. There were 9 children present with 3 caregivers supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. The children were observed eating morning snack, and playing games A total of 5 child records and 3 caregiver records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards and violations were documented on the violation notice issued.
