A subsidy health and safety inspection was initiated on June 16 2022 and concluded on June 16 2022. There were 2 children in the direct care of the provider. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy regulations that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
