Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on April 27 2023 between 11:15am and 12:15pm. There were 4 children in the care of the provider. A review of child records, staff records, household records, emergency drills, emergency supplies, and the physical space. Children were observed playing, washing hands, reading, and coloring.
