Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on April 27 2023 between 11:15am and 12:15pm. There were 4 children in the care of the provider. A review of child records, staff records, household records, emergency drills, emergency supplies, and the physical space. Children were observed playing, washing hands, reading, and coloring. Based on record review, the provider did not obtain for each caregiver a report of Tuberculosis screening every two years from the date of the first screening.

Evidence: Caregiver 1 had a report of tuberculosis screening document dated April 13 2021.
