An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on September 28 2023 between 12:00pm and 1:15pm. There was 1 child in the care of the provider. 2 child records, the provider record, and 1 household record was reviewed. The home, emergency drills, trainings, and the outdoor play area was inspected. A citation is listed on the violation notice.
