Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted from 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm with the provider. There were three children in care, ranging from three to four years of age, for a total of six points. The children were observed sleeping during the inspection. One child and one provider record were reviewed and in compliance. The inspector also reviewed additional requirements for infants and toddlers. One crib (manufactured in 2021) was observed and in compliance. A new gate has been installed to prevent access to stairs. Additional age appropriate supplies and materials for infants and toddlers were observed. The provider is not Medication Administration Training (MAT) certified and cannot administer medication to children in care.
