Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews (if applicable) and a virtual tour of the program (if applicable).

A renewal inspection was initiated on October 4, 2021 and concluded on October 5, 2021. The director was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were 27 children present and seven staff. The inspector emailed the director a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed three children?s records and three staff records, along with any requested program records submitted by the facility to determine if required documentation was complete.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on observation and inspection of the facility, the licensee did not ensure that the first aid kit contained all required information.

Evidence: The Program Director verified that the first aid kit did not include adhesive tape and a first aid manual.
Plan of Correction: Both items will be purchased.
