Inspector Notes

An unannounced complaint inspection was initiated in the center on June 11, 2023 and completed on August 10, 2023 regarding concerns of Special Care Provisions/Emergencies, Staffing/ Supervision and Administration. There were observations of the program to include children transitioning from different activities, diapering and handwashing. The children's dismissal procedure was also observed in the center on August 9, 2023. During the inspection the following were completed: interviews with administrative staff, center staff, a review of center documentation, observation of the classrooms.
There was not a preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation therefore the complaint is determined to be NOT valid.
