Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 4/1/2024 from 9:45 am to 10:20 am. There were 3 children supervised by 1 direct caregiver. The home, 1 caregiver's record, 2 Household Member Records, 3 children?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed engaging freely. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice. Please submit your plan of correction within 5 business days for it to be included on the website. Based on record review and caregiver interview, the caregiver does not have a current certification in CPR.

Evidence: Caregiver #1's most recent CPR certification, dated 9/7/2022, is an online class certification. The Caregiver did not complete the required in-person hands-on course.
Plan of Correction: I have registered for a person CPR class.

Based on record review and caregiver interview, the caregiver does not have a current certification in First Aid.

Evidence: Caregiver #1's most recent First Aid certification, dated 9/7/2022, is an online class certification. The Caregiver did not complete the required in-person hands-on course.

Based on observation and caregiver interview, small electrical appliances were not unplugged when not being used.

Evidence: An air fryer in the kitchen was plugged in and not being used.
Plan of Correction: Removed the plug.
