Inspector Notes

An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 5/13/2024 beginning at 10:50am and ending at 11:50am. There was 1 child in attendance at the time of the inspection. Required background searches, training certificates and household member information was reviewed. A sample of requirements for daily attendance, child information/records, emergency preparedness planning and supplies were also reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or laws and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the vendor. Evidence: Toilet cleaning product was found in an unlocked cabinet under the bathroom sink.
Plan of Correction: The cabinet under the sink was locked during the inspection.
