Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from 1:25PM to 1:55PM. 5 children (16pts) were supervised by 2 caregivers. Required posted documents, children?s records, evacuation drills and the physical space were reviewed. Caregiver/household member records were complete. No medications were on site. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
