An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 9:00AM to 9:45AM. 5 children (14pts) were supervised by 2 caregivers. The physical space, required posted documents, 2 children?s records, caregiver records, and evacuation drills were reviewed. No medications were on site.
