Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 12/01/2022 from 12:20 p.m. to 1:15 p.m. There were 13 children present, ranging in ages from 2 to 4 years old with 4 staff supervising. Records were review virtually. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 child records and 4 staff records were reviewed.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
