Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted beginning at 10:55 a.m. and ending at 12:00 p.m. with the director. There were 13 children in care ages 3 through 8 years old under the supervision of 3 staff. Outdoor play time, transition time, and enter play was observed. Childcare areas, supplies and materials were observed.

Three children's records and two new staff records were reviewed. Emergency drills were reviewed and up to date.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
