A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted 3/28/2022. There were 36 children in care directly supervised by 6 caregivers. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy regulations that are not covered by licensing standards are reviewed during the inspection.
