Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 10:45 am-12:10pm. There were 39 children (2-5yrs.) directly supervised by 6 staff. The physical plant, 4 staff records, 4 children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in group play, reading books, circle time activities, sensory play and dance class. Hand-washing procedures were also observed. There was anample supply of materials for the children. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
